VIPER was bred for higher density plant populations and maintains its long length (12-14 inches average) to maximize yield for two-inch pieces. It is bright orange with a small, indistinctive core and incredible top strength with good stem attachment for easy harvesting. VIPER provides a similarly terrific consumer experience, combining a great flavor profile and very crisp texture.
